Our service includes partnering with your leadership to gain insight into your vision and help turn this vision into strategies to achieve your transformation.  

We partner with you to develop change and transformation strategies and plans, and work alongside you to deliver this.  From stakeholder analysis and engagement; communication planning and delivery; change management processes (impact assessments, change readiness surveys, roadshows, change agents); to looking at system and technical roles or organisational design to support a change; and training or coaching as required.  Finally, the embedding and measuring of the change are considered.. 

Facilitation of workshops.  Throughout a transformation, effective workshops will be key to delivering the project - whether it's a strategic meeting of leaders; process design; cross functional collaboration; impact assessment; product review.  The key to any workshop where valuable resources are giving up time is to ensure it is effective and you get what you need out of it.  We spend time with you to understand your objectives and expectations in advance of any workshop(s) that you are planning. This helps to ensure the workshop is set-up to motivate participants and achieve it's goals.
